Terms of using the materials of aihi.kz web-site

1. Any use of materials of aihi.kz website (hereinafter Web site) is allowed on the following terms. Use shall be understood to mean any reproduction, publication, copying, reprinting, distribution, translation, broadcasting, wire communication, processing and other means, stipulated by applicable law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Partial or full use of the materials is allowable only upon condition of link and/or direct hyperlink to material address on the Web site open for search engines. Link/hyperlink shall be located in subtitle or in the first paragraph of a material. Font size of a link/hyperlink shall not be smaller than a font size of a text of used material. Link/hyperlink is obligatory irrespective of full or partial use of materials.

3. Administration of the web site at any time has a right to make amendments in these terms. Amendments shall enter into force when published on the web site.

4. Breach of above mentioned terms shall be treated as a breach of legally protected intellectual property rights. Such breach hall treated as if materials were used without consent of “Aihi Multimedia” LLC. In such cases “Aihi Multimedia” LLC reserves the right to protect rights in a judicial proceeding in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
